Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the workshop.

Role

• Supervise and coordinate production team
• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control across all stages of production
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members as required
• Ensure safe work practices are followed in line with WH&S requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions - continuous improvement
• Liaise with management
• Support training and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role preferably within the steel or sheetmetal industry
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Hands-on, practical approach to leadership
